June 2024 Prayer Letter

Fellow laborers in Christ,

From coast to coast. We have now concluded our nearly 3 months stint in and around Ohio, and it would be an understatement to say the Lord blessed. In short, we had the opportunity to fellowship with and present our ministry at many churches that have made prior investments either directly or indirectly in our family. Additionally, God has continued to bless us with making strong connections with fellow believers that were once strangers. It’s such a wonderful thing to have the same godly love that we are given at our home church also shared with us as we travel. We are now headed to the Pacific Northwest for July and August, with one month in Washington and another in Oregon. Eternity spent a good amount of her childhood in Oregon, and I’m looking forward to seeing this beautiful part of God’s creation!

Praise be to God. Several things to be thankful for since our last letter. First, the Lord allowing us to have a small part in a man that had previously made a false profession getting saved. Second, God allowing us to continue to raise support on pace with what we are praying for. Third, the graciousness of several churches offering to pay for our kids to attend church camp throughout this summer, something we were praying they would not miss as it is their first year they are old enough to attend as campers. Lastly, Eternity had some pretty severe health issues, but we are thankful that God worked out our schedule so that she could fly home and have a visit/procedure with her doctor that is familiar with her medical history.

Encouragement from Prague. God is still blessing the faithfulness of Prague Baptist, and they are continuing to have new visitors attend church. Additionally, the landlord of the church building has allowed them to attach a literature display on the front window facing the sidewalk, which does get a good amount of foot traffic. Please pray they Lord works in the heart of the visitors and that the tract display gets attention from those walking by the church.

Please also continue to pray for us in these areas:

  • Prague Baptist, traveling safety and health, language learning, God’s leading on deputation, and our family to be used to minister to churches.
